Starting class with deep stretches and long holds - ending in cozy, restorative shapes paired with calming breath work to detox from the stress of your day. (If pregnant, let your teacher know! This class can easily be modified to practice during pregnancy.) We recommend this class to anyone looking to lower their heart rate, heighten their HRV or recover from a strenuous workout. (An awesome class to take after CONDITION or FLOW to fully nourish your mind, body, and spirit.)
